About TAPS
The Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) offers compassionate care to all those grieving the death of a military or veteran loved. Since 1994, TAPS has provided comfort and hope 24 hours a day, seven days a week through a national peer support network and connection to grief resources, all at no cost to surviving families and loved ones.

Steps to Apply to Run the TCS New York City Marathon with Team TAPS:
1. Apply by filling out the Team TAPS TCS New York City Marathon Application. All Team TAPS TCS New York City Marathon runners must agree to meet a minimum fundraising obligation of $4,000.
2. Upon selection, the TCS New York City Marathon race organizers will email you an invitation to register for the TCS New York City Marathon. Race fees are:
- --$255 for New York Road Runners (NYRR) members
- --$315 for non-New York Road Runners (NYRR) members
