Team Wildcats 2017

Please help us support TAPS while Team Widcats runs in memory of Melanie's brothers, Jeff and Kevin Graham. We are also running to honor Joe's brother, Jimmy, who lost his life on Sept. 11, 2001 in the WTC, and our good friend Maj. Thomas (TK) Kennedy, KIA 08/08/12.

On October 8, 2017, I will be running alongside my husband, Joe Quinn,  in the Army Ten Miler run in Washington, D.C. with 35,000 other runners. We are running in support of the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) and in memory of University of Kentucky graduate 2LT Jeffrey Graham and University of Kentucky Senior ROTC Cadet Kevin Graham. The Graham brothers died fighting different battles... one died victim of a roadside bomb in Iraq; the other died fighting a war with depression. These brothers are true American heroes and are deeply missed by all family and friends.

Jeffrey and Kevin together were like two parts of a whole. They were so connected on this earth, and we believe it must be the same in eternity. Both of them were willing to sacrifice for the greater good of others. We will miss them forever, but we believe their sacrifices are part of a greater destiny.

TAPS provides direct support to families who have been impacted by a death in the military regardless of geography or circumstance. The funds we raise will flow directly into TAPS programming which supports these families through an amazing network of resources, seminars and publications.

Please help us honor our fallen heroes by supporting this effort. No donation is too big or too small.

Thank you!!
